Who will I be consulting?
Registered medical practitioners (MBBS or higher) in India, supported by nutrition and lifestyle counsellors. You'll meet your doctor on video or phone.
I'm not in Prayagraj. Can I join?
Yes — the whole programme runs online, so you can join from anywhere in India. Consultations are on video/phone and monitoring is done through WhatsApp and simple logs.
I live outside India. Can I join?
You're welcome. Consultations, lifestyle, nutrition and monitoring guidance work the same. Prescriptions are issued only to patients located in India (Telemedicine Practice Guidelines 2020), so members abroad take our guidance to a local physician for any prescription. Products are delivered within India only.
I'm already on medication for hypertension, diabetes or thyroid. Is this for me?
Yes. We work alongside your existing treatment. Bring your current prescriptions and reports to the first consultation.
Which conditions do you cover?
Hypertension (BP), diabetes (sugar), weight management and obesity, arthritis, thyroid disorders and other metabolic abnormalities — along with everyday concerns like acidity and digestion.
How are thyroid and arthritis handled?
Thyroid is reviewed through your consultations and reports — Plus and Premium include thyroid monitoring, and Premium adds a quarterly laboratory review. For arthritis, consultations cover pain patterns, activity and joint care; Premium includes joint & mobility guidance. Both are managed alongside any treatment you're already on.
How is monitoring done?
You log BP, weight and (on Plus/Premium) sugar readings at home — we'll tell you how often. The team reviews them, sends reminders, and follows up if anything needs attention.
What do I need at home?
A phone with WhatsApp and a BP monitor / weighing scale. A glucometer for Plus/Premium. We'll suggest reliable, affordable options if you don't have them.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes — pay the difference and move up any time during your membership year.
How do I pay?
By UPI or bank transfer, confirmed on WhatsApp. You'll receive a numbered receipt from Meals Enterprises for every payment. Members outside India — message us and we'll arrange it.
Is this for emergencies?
No. This service is not for medical emergencies. In an emergency call 108 or your local emergency number.
